Certified Roofing Solutions completed a comprehensive commercial reroofing project for Bluewater Development in Panama City, Florida. The scope encompassed a dual-system installation featuring a high-performance GAF EverGuard TPO single-ply membrane on the flat roof areas and a premium Kynar 500 painted .040" aluminum snap-lock standing seam system on all sloped sections. Utilizing custom Z-bar and cleats, the standing seam roof was installed with zero exposed fasteners for maximum durability and sleek aesthetics. The building was further enhanced with complete aluminum soffit and fascia replacements and new .032" custom aluminum gutters.
